Due to the unprecedented circumstances caused by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we are implementing new procedures to help our guests in priority so that we can take care of all our guests needs.

Please complete the webform below with all the information. For guests that currently have a booking we will be providing service based on your departure date. Priority will be given to those guests departing within the next three business and then we will work out from the closest departure date and beyond. We suggest that if your departure date is outside of 7 days from now that you please complete the form when your departure date is within 7 days of travel. Many suppliers are now auto-cancelling files within certain periods of time where travel has been suspended. The majority of suppliers including airlines are no longer providing refunds. Suppliers are providing future travel credits. Please note that this is beyond the control of Odenza. We can provide you with additional details when we contact you regarding your file.
